Foodcom offers you the complete assortment of processed tomato products, in conventional and certified organic quality.
The tomatoes are harvested during the months of July to September and are processed on average within 8 hours to preserve the taste, fragrance and nutrient-physiological properties. The organoleptic properties of the tomatoes are continuously controlled and checked from the field to the processing, in order to offer you the best taste.
Tomato paste
Tomato paste is the essence of the tomato. In no other product does the taste and the tomato aromas get more intense. But only if the tomatoes have the prerequisites for it – and that is not in the greenhouse. Because our tomatoes mature in the sun before we concentrate them two or three times
Tomato paste, double concentrated
CB 28/30°Brix or HB 28/30°Brix
Our tomato paste is made exclusively from sun-ripened tomatoes. For this they are peeled, pitted and cooked in the Cold or Hot Break process. At temperatures of max. 65°C or 95°C, the wonderful fruity aroma and the nice red colour remain. Afterwards, the tomato paste is concentrated twice to 28/30°Brix.

Tomato paste, triple concentrated,
CB 36/38°Brix
Our tomato paste is made exclusively from sun-ripened tomatoes. For this purpose they are peeled, gutted and cooked in a Cold Break process. At temperatures of max. 65 ° C the wonderful fruity aroma and the beautiful red colour remains. Afterwards, the tomato mark is concentrated three times, to 36/38°Brix.

Diced tomatoes
The whole Taste of the fruit contains in our tomato cubes. Made from sun-ripened whole tomatoes. Peeled, diced and packaged in light concentrated tomato juice. In different cutting sizes, on request hardened with calcium chloride (CaCl2).

Sun dried tomatoes
Only the best, GMO free tomatoes are used for drying. The tomatoes are washed, cut, treated with salt and dried for 6-10 days in the sun. After drying, the tomatoes are packed according to the customer’s requirements.
